Step 1
First, wash the beetroots without peeling them. Leave the skins on the beet. Just cut off small roots with a knife.

Now pour in a large saucepan of 4 to 5 cups of water and put the beets in it and close the lid to cook.

After 2 to 3 hours, the beets are cooked and the water is reduced.
Step 4
Remove the beets from the saucepan and peel.

Chop beets and mix the sugar with the remaining water in the pot.

Then pour the beet rings into the pot and heat again until the juice is thickening.

After about an hour, the water was drawn out. Now we can serve our delicious beets.
